Pat Goepel, Chief Executive Officer, Asure Software

Pat brings more than 20 years of experience in the human resources outsourcing industry to the company. Prior to joining Asure Software, he served as President and CEO of Fidelity Investment’s HR Services Division; President and CEO of Advantec; and Executive Vice President at Ceridian, where he was responsible for U.S. sales, marketing, operations and business development. Pat’s focus at Asure is on building an end-to-end business model that ensures predictable bookings and revenue growth. Pat is a frequent industry speaker and serves on the boards of Allover Media and SafeGuard World International. He is also the CEO of APPD Investments.

 

Joe Karbowski, Chief Operating Office and Chief Technology Officer, Asure Software

Joe joined Asure Software in 2012 when RedESoft, a company he co-founded, was acquired by Asure. Joe focuses on using the best technology approaches that allow Asure Software’s solutions to sit atop the industry. With over 20 years of experience in product development and management, Joe shares his expertise to bring enterprise-scale software solutions to market. He is a featured speaker and has published numerous articles on software development techniques and methodologies. Joe previously served as Director of Development at ERP vendor CMI.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University, Houghton.

 

Eyal Goldstein, Chief Revenue Officer, Asure Software

Eyal brings more than 17 years of relevant industry experience with a focus on scaling revenue to the company. He is responsible for global sales and marketing as well as business development, and focuses on broader sales-offering messaging domestically and globally. Prior to Asure, Goldstein served as Chief Revenue Officer of Insight Venture Partner’s FilmTrack, a global rights management platform; Executive Vice President of DAZ Systems; Regional Vice President at Oracle Corp.; and Vice President at Ceridian. 

 

 

Kathey S. PalmerKathey S. Palmer – Senior Vice President, Service Bureau Organization Business Development

Kathey joined Evolution in October 2014 and brings to the company over 30 years' experience in business development, marketing, sales management and corporate communications.  Kathey’s payroll industry experience spans 14 years including most recently BenefitMall, as Senior Vice President, Business Development, CompuPay as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, and PayMaxx as Vice President, Business Development and Marketing.  Prior to that, Kathey was the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales Support, and Investor Relations for American HomePatient.

Kathey holds a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Economics from Mississippi University for Women.

Web Hill brings over 25 years of experience in leading large scale operations and transforming businesses within the financial services and HCM sectors.  Hill served as Executive Vice President at Ceridian, where he led several key business units including tax, EAP, government and retirement. Hill's finance services background includes serving previously as Senior Vice President at Dain Rauscher and Vice President of Norwest Banks (WellsFargo).

Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

 

  

Ted Pricer - Vice President of Engineering (photo coming soon)

Ted Pricer, a Vermont native and life-long software developer, was most recently the VP, Platform Engineering at Cox Automotive, the world’s leader in vehicle remarketing services, digital marketing and software solutions for auto dealers and consumers, where he led a global team of 350 engineers. Prior to working with Cox Automotive, Ted co-founded and grew his custom software development company, Pragmatic Technologies, which he sold to Cox Automotive in 2012. He also served as a Principal Engineer at GE Healthcare.  

Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
