The Support Team consists of the Product Support group and the Technical Support group.

The Evolution Product Support Analysts respond to client calls and emails, answering questions and troubleshooting issues that clients experience.

The Evolution Technical Support offers service bureaus technical support with IT related tasks such as setting up and configuring an Evolution middle tier, application upgrades, performance balancing, and preventive maintenance, among other things.
